Hi, and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a 27-year-old first grade teacher, born and raised in Massachusetts, and currently in my sixth year of teaching little learners. Education has always been my calling, and I’m especially passionate about responsive classroom practices, social-emotional learning, play-based learning, phonics, and the science of reading.

When I’m not in the classroom, you’ll likely find me moving my body—whether it’s running, strength training, or getting outside for a good walk. I’m also a big fan of cozy Kindle reads, growing in my faith, and soaking up quality time with my family, friends, and my amazing husband.
